Artarazzi - Challenge 9

I am the guest host at Artarazzi this week for Challenge 9 and I chose an illustration from the Art of Costume Design, a vintage magazine courtesy of Takeabreak at Flickr.

I gave my elegant lady some definition, added a brackground, gloves, fan, crown and flowers all courtesy of Irene Alexeeva, and put her in the spotlight courtesy of Fiddlette Designs theatrical curtains.

Thank you for looking.

Ann - The reason I deleted my previous comment was that I thought I was in the Artarazzi challenge blog and was looking for the directions!! Apart from being naturally THICK, it is early morning here in Oz and I just fell out of bed.
Anyway, your sample picture is scrumptious to the nth degree. I love your lady of fashion and I love the background and pizzazz you have given her. Fantastic digital art. Take a bow. I look forward to your challenge.

Wow...she honestly looks like she is walking down the red carpet with the flash of bulbs from cameras lighting her way. Gorgeous!
