A RARE VISIT FROM MABEL

Hi folks, just a quick note to let you know you probably won't hear much from me over the next week or so because our son Matthew is to undergo major cardiac surgery tomorrow.

However, whilst I'm away Mabel has insisted on stepping into the breach and has answered Marie's  call for a theme of WINTER at Take a Word this week!  She even favoured me with a sprinkling of the white stuff.

Take care!

Sorry to be late with my comment here, Ann. Great news that your son got through his operation and is recovering nicely. What a great new year it will be for him. Love Mabel and her season's greetings - and also that misty lady who is hiding behind a smattering of snow.

Hi, Ann. Somehow I missed this blog post. I'm so sorry to hear that your son needed surgery, but thrilled that it went well. I hope you and your family have a happier, healthier, and, of course, "artful" 2015.
