TAKE A WORD

A BIT ON THE WET SIDE SIR

We have BLACKBIRD as our word for inspiration this week at TAKE A WORD and that reminded me of the blackbird I saw the other day.  I was just about to close the blinds on the thoroughly wet weather outside when I saw this old gentleman looking my way.  Then I realised he wasn't looking at me at all, but at the blackbird perched on his upturned umbrella.  I swear I heard it say : it's a bit on the wet side sir!  I couldn't swear to it, of course!

Credit to Caroline at SharingTubes, PlayingWithBrushes, and Bluesse.  The remainder is from my own stash.

Thank you for looking.

You must be living in a 'posh' suburb, Ann, with the man wearing a top hat, looking very evil, too!! Another exceptional piece!

I've heard a raven talk before! He wasn't talking about the weather, though. Great collage! I'm definitely feeling a little damp now.
