TAKE A WORD - UMBRELLA

Marie has chosen UMBRELLA as our word for inspiration at Take a Word this week and that reminded me of the freak weather we had last week.

There I was minding my own business when all of a sudden the wind began to whistle around my house and as I peered out of the window I was astonished to see a whirlwind of people go flying by.  Whatever next, I thought.  Mmmmmmmmm.

Thannk you for looking.

Is there no end to your amazing creativity? I think not! This is wonderful. I can feel the wind from Maryland!

Another perfect piece to match the weather here today, windy (gale force) Wellington living up to its name, plus heavy rain & to top it off a power cut for 2 hours!
Super-duper piece, Ann, love it! Would love to do a swap, please!

Being something of a masochist I thought I would try to count the layers on this amazing piece but I gave up, exhausted!!
Fantastic, whimsical surreal. I love the city scape and the little umbrella men. Wonderful artwork.
