THREE MUSES 86

Marie is our host this week at the Three Muses and she has asked that we use an ARTIST OF CHOICE as our theme.

Have you ever wondered what actually happened to Venus after Botticelli allowed her to emerge from the sea?  Mmmmmmmm!

Thanks Marie, for another great theme.

Credit to A Crafter's Choice, CAJoline, Clotho98, Kubivet and Efie.

Thanks for looking.

You made a modern and chic lady of botticellis venus, and she looks great

Venus in the art deco era? She fits in very well. A list people in those days had to be "languid" and seemingly disinterested and Venus plus friends fit that bill very well. At least they don't have cigarettes hanging out of their mouths which was another fashionable look at the time.
Ann, your artpiece is fabulous. I love it.

I had a sneaking suspicion that Venus wasn't as innocent as Botticelli made her appear. She looks quite the socialite. Love your art.

Oh, I think Boticelli would be pretty amused by your irreverence, Ann. Venus looks so blasè :)
