Three Muses Challenge 48 - Music, Music, Music

Marie chose Music, Music, Music as her theme for the Three Muses this week and as you can see I just couldn't stop at one entry.

Above, Marilyn sings her famous Happy Birthday Mr President, whilst below, the Musician plays on the piano keys and imagines the music he will create.

Credit to Texture Vault, LostandTaken, Casandra, SuzeeQue and ArtsyFartsyQueen (all Flickr free to use), Efie's blogspot, Marilyn was free to use and I also used a number of my own pieces, photographs and documents as textures.

Please enlarge for a better view.

Great theme Marie.

Who could ever forget Marilyn's breathy rendering of "Happy birthday, Mr President"!! This is delicious, Ann, and I love your second, whimsical piece with a lot of activity going on on the keyboard. Fantastic.

I agree with Terri D., Ann! To have two creations this week is a double treat! No one sang "Happy Birthday" quite like Marilyn, and your surreal piece is terrific! Thanks for doubling our pleasure! Hugs, Terri xoxoxo

Marilyn was incredible, and your piece captures her style - remember Diamonds are a Girl's Best Friend? It made me think of her performing that song too. ~Sharon
