Three Muses Challenge 32 - Angels

This week Marie is our host at the Three Muses and she has chosen the theme of Angels.

I seem to be drawn to these pale, sparse landscapes at the moment and when I found this crouching angel on the internet the whole thing just came together.

Credit to CAJ Designs for everything excluding the angel.

Thanks Marie for a great challenge.

Ooooh and here is another one and the angels this time were filched from Botticelli's Birth of Venus (Dover free to use). Other elements are courtesy of Efie.

Thanks for looking.

I can only agree with Terri and Rian that you have made this style your own. Your "angel" surreal is spectacular. I couldn't help inventing a story to go with it. Lady's car breaks down in the desert. She calls on her guardian angel to fix it. He is unable to do so and feels terribly ashamed so all he can do is go into crouch mode and feel sorry for himself. Fantastic artwork and ideas, Ann, as always.

You are the 'tops' at surreal, Ann! Like Marie, I had similar story in mind - only the angel didn't watch over her too well & she ended up as a pile of well eaten, by the vultures, bones!!

I love your surreal style in this image. Not too much in it so every detail comes up. Very very impressing art work, Taluula!

A Rolls Royce in Heaven?
If we believe Marc Cohen than it is like so:
"If there´s a god up in heaven, he´ll got a silver Thunderbird"
