TAKE A WORD

LIMBERING UP

Marie has chosen BEACH as our word for inspiration this week at TAKE A WORD and that reminded me of the day we took a trip to Whitby and then on to Robin Hood's Bay with the grandchildren.   It's a steep walk and we'd just stopped for a breather and to take in the scenery when there they were ... a group of vintage bathing beauties limbering up for a dip.  It's surprising what you see when you take time to admire the scenery!

My own photo transferred to IPad where it underwent some 'slight of hand' in several photo apps.   I added the vintage bathers (TumblefishStudio) for the challenge.

Thank you for looking.

Hmm. That young man might be a little too young to be watching those vintage bathing beauties. I love the squiggly texture! :-)

When past collides with present, it makes the air and colors violently buckle.
