THREE MUSES CHALLENGE - CARDS
Little did we think when the Three Muses was conceived a year ago you would embrace our challenges so eagerly and give your support so readily. What a phenomenal bunch you are!
As you can see the Muses are 'giddy' with excitement ....... just look at those hats ...... and wanted to send you this little card to say A BIG THANK YOU.
Credit to Valerie Brincheck for the Muses, Tammara at Pixel Music for two of the hats, whilst one hat and the text was created by me. The font is Mary Jane Tankard.

MABEL AND THE FUNNY FACE
As soon as Mabel saw the theme across at Sunday Postcard Art this week there was no stopping her! As she sang : There's No Business Like Show Business she threw on her favourite Audrey Hepburn dress and began to re-write, direct and act in her version of the 1957 Hepburn classic Funny Face.
I suppose I have Marie to thank for letting this genie out of the bottle.
Great theme Marie.

Three Muses Challenge 51 - Relationships
Marie has given us the very interesting theme of RELATIONSHIPS for this week's challenge at the Three Muses and since Mabel wanted to get involved I thought I would introduce you to her latest 'preoccupation'. You might get the picture if I tell you this little piece is called : Mabel And The Anti Gravity Boots!
Credit to JoesSistah, for the backgrounds (altered), to Dover for Michael Jackson's white suit, to Google for the gravitationally challenged MJ, and of course, to Mabel, who is part of the family.
Fonts used are Doomsday and Futura.
Thank you Marie for a great theme.

THREE MUSES CHALLENGE 50 - LEGS
It's my turn to host over at the Three Muses this week and I have chosen the theme of LEGS and here is what I have been inspired to create. I think these particular legs are those of a pirate, a lady pirate no less, but I could be wrong and I shall leave it up to you to decide.
Credit to Efies.blogspot for the boots, ladder, eye, keyhole, pin and eye patch, and to Kubivet for the script. The remainder is my own.

WEDDED BLISS!
It's Wedded Bliss across at Mixed Media Monday this week so I thought I'd ask Doris' opinion on the subject. She seemed not to hear me but her eyes narrowed, she became distracted and began to Hoover everything in her path! Mmmmm.

THREE MUSES CHALLENGE 49 - SEEING STARS
Bev has chosen the theme of STARS for this week's challenge at the Threee Muses and here is my interpretation. If you enlarge you may be surprised at what you see in this otherwise Classical piece.
Credit to Joes Sistah for the backgrounds (greatly altered), to Dover Free to Use for the Lady, likewise altered. The crown is Irene Alexeeva, whilst the other bits and pieces are either my own or Googled.
Thank you Bev, for a great theme and thank you all for taking the time to look.

STITCHED UP
The theme is sewing at Sunday Postcard Art this week. Now, not being a 'sewist' I thought I'd better approach this theme from a slightly different direction and that's when I remembered the little conspiracy theory I had heard the other day about why sleeping beauty actually fell into that deep, deep sleep. She was stitched up.
