THE THREE MUSES

HELLO SAILOR

My turn to host at the Three Muses this week and I asked for something to do with water or the sea.

Here is my interpretation of one of my most favourite poems about the sea : My Lost Youth by Henry W Longfellow.

.... I remember the black wharves and the slips,
 And the sea-tides tossing free;
And Spanish sailors with bearded lips,
 And beauty and mystery of the ships,
 And the magic of the sea .....

Aaaah swoon!   :D
