Personally, I tend to think there is a dark and scary side to childhood which no doubt is down to the big bad wolves, poison apples and wicked witches we heard about so often way back then.

    You forgot the flying monkeys, trolls under bridges and Farmer's Wives who like carrying around sharp knives.

    This is just perfect, Ann! I don't know how you do these marvelous pieces of art but I love them. It must mean a lot of work and you do it so amazingly well. I agree about the dark side... and so does your little girl. xx
