TAKE A WORD

A FINE LADY ON A WHITE HORSE

We've been asked for something WARM this week at Take a Word and that reminded me of the beautifully but strangely dressed lady I saw passing my house the other day.  Seated on a white horse and keeping her eyes straight ahead, never looking right nor left, she trotted past my window.  I watched as she passed and couldn't help but marvel at her warm beauty and the warmness of her glowing skin and vibrant clothes.  Finally at a bend in the road she moved out of sight and I never saw her again.

  9. Love this one. Even more than the piece, I love that you combined such an intriguing story along with it. Leaves one wondering whether or not the lady did pass by your house.

  15. I agree with Electra, re: the safety pin, my neck feels 'itchy!!' An outstanding piece, Ann, the reason you never saw her again is because she returned to the 'dark side!!' LOL
