TAKE A WORD - BUTTERFLIES

This week  our word for inspiration at Take a Word is BUTTERFLIES and that reminded me of what I found in my garden pond this morning.    When she had bathed enough she unfolded her glistening wings and took flight to I know not where.

Credit to the late Suzie Que, the Water LO Project and CraftersCorner.

Thank you for looking.

  1. Oh, this is just matchlessly glorious! Even while it loaded on my screen, it kept giving me little jolts, with each phase, which made me gasp a little bit each time. Beautiful!!!!!!

  5. I remember this image which was originally a magazine cover. Imagine being able to buy magazines with artwork covers instead of all the dross we see today. Beautiful take on the butterfly theme - very dramatic and vibrant.

  6. How beautiful! I think every human actually has a little bit of butterfly in us. We all want to learn how to fly.

  15. So gorgeous! Thankfully I don't have a pond in the garden (or even a garden!), Because such a visit could put my marriage at risk! :D
