TAKE A WORD

Marie's word this week is ANGEL so here is mine : The Angel of the North a sculpture by Anthony Gormley here in the UK.    Yes, I know ....... I always have to be different ..... but it's not me, it's my Muse!

  7. You're sure it's not a surfer about to be abducted by aliens?...I'm sorry Ann sometimes I just can't stop myself...it's actually a very awesome piece...the heavenly rays are fantastic...I like the monotone greys very ethereal...Bravo!

    I have never seen this sculpture I will have to Google it.

  15. I'm glad you posted that angel. I believe he has a large one in the UK as well. I passed it on the highway while in England this summer. His angel sculptures are very large and rather jolts you out of your reverie while driving.
