Whimsical Clock was the theme for our August ATC swap and this was my interpretation.  I had great fun making it and was pleased I managed to make the hair for my little lady in ArtRage which I am trying (very slowly) to teach myself. 

Most of what I used for  this were magazine clippings with one or two bits appropriated via the net.

    Great ATC, Ann. (I think the secret to Art Rage must be Marie's magic mouse! My mouse seems to waver all over the place, and to say my progress in Art Rage is slow is an over-estimation!!) This is quirky and clever!
