Maggie's Monday Musings Challenge

Maggie's latest ATC challenge is to do a layout containing Bling.

It made me think of Elton John when he dressed up for his 50th Birthday. So here we are .

    Elton was truly the King of Bling. He seems to have mellowed with age and become nearly normal! I love your take on this challenge!
